How long before we see results?
Quick fixes, such as correcting how your business is described or adding structured data, can show up in AI answers within weeks. Earning new citations from reviews, press and directories takes longer. Most clients see a clear change within three to six months, which is why the retainer has a six-month minimum.
How is AI visibility different from SEO?
SEO gets your pages ranked in Google’s list of links. AI visibility gets your business named in the answer itself, in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. The two overlap: AI engines read the web, so good SEO helps. But AI also leans on reviews, directories, press and how consistently your business is described everywhere. We work on both.
How long is the contract?
The free check has no commitment. The audit is a one-off project, paid 50% upfront. The retainer runs for a six-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Do I need the audit before the retainer?
Usually, yes. The audit tells us which questions matter, who is beating you and why. It becomes the plan for the retainer. If you already have a clear picture, we can talk about starting on a retainer directly.
Who does the work?
Rich does. Día de Playa is a senior-only studio. There is no junior team behind the curtain.
Are prices with or without IVA?
All prices are shown without IVA (Spanish VAT). Invoices come from Fold Digital Ltd, the company behind Día de Playa.
